At Restaurant Huis Vermeer you will be welcomed with a royal treatment from our team. A culinairy experience, both for lunch as for dinner. The menu is decorated with beautiful seasonal- and local products from the Deventer area.
Each month, the team provides a carefully selected gourmet menu called Chef's Menu. The menu is based on the French-classic cuisine with a creative hint of the new international kitchen.
Other than the menu you will also find the à la carte menu where you can choose from our classics. From seasonal farm-fresh oysters to a beautiful piece of meat. From our smoked salmon to an extensive cheese board from "Kaashandel de Brink". Or the amazing extensive fish plate (Fruits de Mer), with, among other things: garlic fried prawns and sashimi of tuna.
Restaurant Huis Vermeer is open from Wednesday until Sunday.
